On behalf of our customer – Boehringer Ingelheim – we are looking for a Territory Manager, västra Sverige.
This recruitment is part of an exciting collaboration between Boehringer Ingelheim and Brice Group where we are looking for new sales talents. We are not specifically looking for candidates with prior KAM or pharma sales experience. What matters most is the passion, drive, and fresh perspective you bring to excel in this field. You will lead the work to drive sales and market share in your region.

THE ROLE
As Territory Manager, you will lead the work to drive sales and market share in your region. You will be responsible for promoting Jardiance, a key product for type 2 diabetes, heart failure and chronic kidney disease. You will also act as the scientific expert in your territory, building value-based relationships with key stakeholders such as regional experts, physicians, and nurses. Your goal is to establish a strong network with Primary Care and other relevant partners.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES
- LIF certification/qualification is required, preferably with a background in pharmacy or a related field.
- Work to achieve the business objectives of promoted products in the defined region.
- Drive sales and market share objectives.
- Ensure regional implementation of value-added offers that drive access, engagement, and sales.
- Optimize sales excellence with a preferred partner mindset.
- Efficient use of CRM system (Veeva).
- This role will work closely with Regional Market Access Managers (RMAMs) to support the implementation of regional strategy according to insights gained.
