On behalf of our customer – an international Pharmaceutical Company - we are looking for an interim Business Intelligence Specialist, Nordic to support the transformation towards Power BI.
Period: Start January 2025, initially 6 months.
Location: Stockholm or Helsinki
Role description
Are you passionate about data analysis and leveraging insights to drive sales success? We are looking for a dedicated interim Business Intelligence Specialist with focus on analyzing and optimizing sales activities. In this role, you will utilize Power BI to transform complex data into actionable insights that support the Company´s sales teams and strategic goals.
As a key member of the team, you will develop data-driven solutions and reports that enable management and sales teams to make informed decisions, enhance efficiency, and maximize business outcomes. As part of your role you will educate internal stakeholders in Power BI and data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance and trends.
- Analyze sales activities, including sales volumes, pipelines, conversion rates, and market performance.
- Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales teams and campaigns.
- Train internal stakeholders on Power BI and data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Integrate data from various sources (CRM systems, sales tools, internal databases) and ensure data quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in BI and analytics to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, data analytics, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Power BI solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Dynamics).
- Solid experience in analyzing and visualizing data from multiple sources.
- Ability to identify and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is advantageous but not required.
