Quality & Market Access Manager, Germany & Austria

On behalf of our customer Aguettant we are looking for a Quality & Market Access Manager Germany & Austria.

A role focused on implementing market access strategies and supporting quality compliance for hospital products in Germany and Austria.

ABOUT AGUETTANT
Aguettant is a family-owned pharmaceutical company specializing in innovative injectable medicines. Their portfolio includes Ready-To-Administer solutions for anesthesia, emergency care, and intensive care, enhancing safety and efficiency in healthcare.

THE ROLE
As Quality & Market Access Manager, your primary focus will be on implementing market access strategies and managing tenders to ensure product availability through reimbursement and funding processes. While experience in Quality Assurance (QA) is not required, training will be provided to support your development in this area.

MARKET ACCESS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement pricing and reimbursement strategies for Germany and Austria.
• Manage national and regional tenders, including submissions, negotiations, and agreements.
• Prepare clinical, economic, and value-based materials to support funding and market access.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), payers, and healthcare stakeholders.

QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support quality assurance activities, including handling medical information inquiries and product quality complaints.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards through training and process development.
• Collaborate with logistics and global teams to address complaints and improve operational efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a structured way.
• 3–5 years of experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry or a consultancy agency.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
