On behalf of our customer - a global Pharmaceutical Company – we are looking for an interim Market Access Manager.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden.
Period: Start early 2025, initially 7 months, with possibility of extension.
Overview: In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing market access strategies to ensure the successful introduction and reimbursement of innovative healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reimbursement Strategy: Develop and submit comprehensive reimbursement dossiers tailored to market requirements.
- Health Economics Analysis: Adapt and interpret health-economic models to support product value propositions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, payer policies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial departments, to align market access initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in Market Access, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of reimbursement processes, health technology assessments, and the healthcare landscape.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
