Partnership Director

On behalf of our customer – Amferia - we are looking for a Partnership Director.
Amferia offers the opportunity to work with a strong platform technology for multiple medical devices, with groundbreaking antibacterial material to address global healthcare threats. The technology is protected by strong patents and backed by successful clinical evaluations.
Preferably based in Gothenburg.
In this role you will…
- Be part of the management team reporting to the CEO and co-founder. You will work very close with the Marketing & Sales Director who also is a co-founder of Amferia.
- Lead the identification and DD process preparing for negotiations, to close new strategic partnership contracts to accelerate our business growth.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, KOLs and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, production and logistics, marketing, and sales, to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to strengthen partnership development and identify new opportunities.
- Drive contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company goals.
- Monitor partnership performance and continually assess opportunities for improvements and value creation.
- Travel to, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our brand and drive new business.
Competence requirement and abilities:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic commercial partnership processes, business development, ideally within the healthcare, medical devices, or wound care sectors.
- A track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts and closing high-value deals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and execute on short-term goals.
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
