Junior Brand Manager

On behalf of our customer – a global pharmaceutical company - we are looking for an interim Junior Brand Manager.

 

Period: 12 months assignment with the possibility of extension or transitioning to employment.

Location: Stockholm

THE ROLE

Role summary

This is an office-based position, located in Stockholm with two key focus areas; Commercial Excellence and Marketing.

Commercial Excellence

The role will provide superior analysis to support the local team on KPI performance. The main responsibility will be to work closely with the local team to be able to co-ordinate with the KAMs for effective analysis of trends and opportunities. The role will propose, develop, improve tools and report to increase efficiency in the commercial team. Will follow, update, and analyse data to recommend actions to improve operational efficiency.


Marketing

In collaboration with BUD, the role will develop marketing campaigns that is both digital and traditional based on strategic decisions, and vendors. Support in commercial daily activities as coordinate reviews of material, back-end support on HCP-web based platforms. Be active in adapting to trends in digital marketing.


Key Challenges

Quickly be able to switch focus, moving from Commercial Excellence to Marketing or other commercial related activities. Also be able to connect the dots what drives the business and make rational choices together with BUD.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Excellence

-Manages the process and implementation of quality data to support the local team and commercial activities.

-Responsible for extracting information with clear recommendation for improving operational efficiency.

-Support Leadership team in their decision-making process by preparing qualitative and quantitative data.

-Provide guidance in areas such as targeting and market research.

-Being the interface for Veeva CRM and other commercial excellence related IT tools.

-Support in preparing Leadership team for Plan/Forecast/Strategic plan with both analytical tasks and produce presentation for meetings with EUCAN.


Marketing

-Develop in collaboration with other stakeholders, digital and traditional marketing including marketing database, email campaigns, website presence.

-Prepare accurate reports on campaign performance.

-Keep up to speed with developments on the latest online marketing technologies and innovations and ensure the business is at the forefront to take advantage of developments.

-Support market research initiatives as required to test and validate current and future initiatives.

-Support internal reviews processes for commercial material.

You will be reporting to Business Unit Director, Nordics.

 

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND ABILITIES

-University degree in Business Adm., Marketing or a similar field.

-Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the Life Science industry.

-LIF-certificate or an equivalent medical education.

-Experience in commercial excellence, project management and/or marketing.

-Experience with business process analysis.

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English.

-Project management activities and project planning/reporting.

-Experience in CRM-systems.

-Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point to quickly be able to support the leadership team in current projects.
