Head of Supply Chain

Head of Supply Chain – FrostPharma

FrostPharma is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Supply Chain to take full ownership of their supply chain organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape one of the company’s core functions – making sure the right products are delivered at the right time, while supporting FrostPharma’s continued growth, profitability, and long-term vision.

Your Mission

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring product availability that meets healthcare needs across the Nordic region – all while optimizing inventory levels and working capital. You’ll combine strategic thinking with operational execution, taking the lead on everything from team development and supplier relationships to compliance, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives.

This is a role for a leader who enjoys balancing the big picture with daily execution – someone analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a cross-functional, regulated environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with FrostPharma’s growth and commercial goals

·       Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable operations across all supply chain processes

·       Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on self-leadership

·       Oversee planning, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities

·       Ensure full compliance with EU-GDP and other regulatory requirements

·       Manage supplier, 3PL, and external partner relationships, including responsibility for agreements

·       Lead improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability

·       Implement and monitor systems and procedures to support operational excellence

·       Drive alignment and collaboration across internal functions to ensure smooth execution

·       Identify and manage supply chain risks to secure business continuity

·       Implement and advance FrostPharma’s ESG agenda within supply chain operations

What You Bring

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven approach
• A structured mindset and the ability to design and implement effective workflows
• Experience with IT systems to enhance supply chain operations
• Proven leadership capabilities – you know how to build and motivate teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial acumen – you understand how supply chain drives business performance
• Solid project management experience
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
