We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager, South/West, to lead a team of Territory Managers within our Human Pharma business.
In this field-based role, you’ll play a central part in coaching your team to exceed expectations, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving smart, agile business strategies. You’ll report directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area CRM and travel frequently across Sweden.
Your responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team with strong communication and sharp account planning.
· Build and execute agile sales account plans based on local expert engagement strategies.
· Understand the market and support the team in balanced, insight-driven promotion of our products.
· Drive multichannel customer engagement and local go-to-market strategies.
· Anticipate evolving healthcare needs and market dynamics with strategic foresight.
· Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers and accounts.
· Ensure excellent cross-functional collaboration to create seamless, integrated customer journeys.
What you’ll bring
To thrive at Boehringer Ingelheim, you’ll bring a few years of leadership experience in healthcare or pharma, a degree in medicine, pharma or business, and strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. You’re comfortable using digital tools, analyzing data, and making decisions that move the business forward. You’ll need a driver’s license – this is a field-based role that requires regular travel across Sweden.
