On behalf of our customer Neuraxpharm we are looking for a Key Account Manager for Denmark. You are preferably located in proximity to the Copenhagen area.

The Key Account Manager for ADHD plays an essential role in driving Neuraxpharm's success by cultivating strong, enduring relationships with key customers (ADHD clinics, outpatient centers, and ADHD practices).
This role ensures the effective communication of scientific and medical information, facilitates the successful launch and commercialization of ADHD products, and contributes to a collaborative healthcare ecosystem.
What You'll Be Driving
-Ignite Product Launches & Boost Visibility: Lead strategic sales and marketing efforts to supercharge the reach of current ADHD treatments and spearhead the launch of new value add ones – always aligned with Neuraxpharm’s vision and compliance standards.
-Own Your Sales Success: Hit and exceed ambitious sales goals across volume, market share, and customer touchpoints. Stay sharp with performance insights and take proactive steps to turn challenges into wins.
-Be the Go-To Partner: Build genuine, long-term relationships with key players — from physicians and nurses to pharmacists and patient groups. Deliver scientific value and become a trusted voice in ADHD care.
-Lead Your Territory Like a CEO: Analyze your market, outsmart the competition, and spot untapped potential. Use smart tools to plan and execute targeted customer strategies that drive growth.
-Never Stop Growing: Stay ahead of the curve by investing in your own learning — through training, events, and industry updates — to sharpen your skills and expertise in ADHD.
-Run a Tight Ship: Keep customer data and reporting top-notch. Communicate clearly and consistently with the Business Unit Lead to support smart decisions and seamless teamwork.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Must-Haves
· 3–5 years of solid success as a Key Account Manager in pharma – ideally in pediatric psychiatry.
· A strong network and trusted relationships with key pediatric psychiatry stakeholders.
· Hands-on experience in both outpatient and/or inpatient pediatric psychiatry care settings.
· Deep knowledge of Denmarks’s healthcare system and how the pharma market ticks.
· A natural problem-solver who thrives on finding smart solutions.
· Comfortable with digital tools – and curious about the potential of AI.
· Fluent in Danish and English
· LIF certified
· Willingness to travel 50% and attend congresses and/or conferences during weekends if needed.
Nice-to-Haves
· 5+ years of focused experience as a KAM in ADHD.
· A background in brand management is a plus
