Field Based Market Access Manager (metabolic)

To our customer - an international Pharmaceutical Company - we are looking for a Field-based Market Access Manager (metabolic).

Location: Southern Sweden, flexible residence in the southern half of Sweden.

Overview: As a Field-based Market Access Manager in the metabolic therapy area, you will play a central role in optimizing regional access to treatments. This field-based position requires strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to overcome market challenges and drive successful integration of therapies into healthcare systems. Your strategic approach will ensure treatments reach the right patients efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with key regional payers and formulary decision-makers to highlight product value and drive healthcare investment.

- Develop and execute regional action plans to ensure effective product positioning on recommendation lists.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore alternative access models that enhance product availability.

- Act as the regional contact to introduce new products and overcome access barriers.

- Provide market insights to inform strategies and communicate the value of treatments to stakeholders.

 

You will report to Director PRA Lead Metabolic (Pricing Reimbursement Access).

 

Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Market Access within pharmacuetical.

- Proven experience from building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple external stakeholders, including payers and healthcare professionals, through face-to-face engagements.

- Experience within the metabolic disease therapy areas, such as diabetes or obesity is beneficial but not a requirement.

- Extensive experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, working effectively towards shared goals.

- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
