On behalf of our customer - TR Equipment - we are looking for an International Distributor Sales Manager with experience from Life Science.

At TR Equipment you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and strategic direction. As part of a smaller, agile organization, decision-making processes are efficient, allowing for swift execution of strategies. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO.

 

THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

The function of the International Distributor Sales Manager main objective is to unlock new market opportunities across the world, securing the growth of the company, in line with set objectives.

In this role you will have full accountability and responsibility for sales in the designated markets. Your primary objectives are two-fold; 1.) Assess, develop and support current distributors 2.) Expand the company’s distributor network through exclusive distribution agreements that will strengthen the company’s market position.

Your key responsibilities;

-Sales: Oversee and manage the TR-equipment business, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is achieved.

-Analysis and assessments: provide insights in market opportunities, pricing strategies, competitors, and sales channels.

-Cultivate and maintain customer and distributor relationships: Foster long-term collaboration and growth with existing distributors and customers.

-Lead and execute strategic initiatives: Drive the growth of the distributor network in new and current markets, with a focus on Europe and USA (in US in co-creation with the local affiliate).

-Develop and Expand the Existing Customer base: Build, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive customer base to support sales growth and improve customer relationship management.

-Prospect and Explore New Markets: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in new markets, fostering partnerships and opening pathways for business expansion.

-CRM: maintaining and utilizing the company customer charts.

-Training & coaching: Distributors and staff.

-Sales activities: Actively participating in distributors' sales activities, i.e. participating at relevant Congresses and joint customer visits.

-Market Monitoring and Product Development: Oversee market surveillance through distributors and provide valuable input for the development of products and assortment.

 

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND ABILITIES

-Experience from Life Science is an advantage.

-Proven international experience working with distributor networks.

-A strong track record of identifying and executing new business opportunities.

-A proactive, results-oriented approach with a clear focus on business growth and revenue generation.

-Demonstrate Strong Business Acumen. Apply a commercial mindset to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and make strategic decisions that enhance overall business performance.

-Operate in a Process-Oriented Manner. Follow and improve structured processes to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across key business activities.

-Team player.

-Be prepared for frequent travelling as part of the role.

-Fluent in Swedish and English, additional language skills would be an advantage.
