On behalf of our customer - Angelini Pharma, Nordics - we are looking for an Account Manager, Neurology, Sweden.
Due to the success of sales and the strong performance of the product, Angelini Pharma, Nordics is looking to expand the team with an Account Manager, Sweden. The Account Manager will be responsible for Stockholm and Mälardalen with additional coverage in northern Sweden as a satellite region.

THE ROLE
Angelini Pharma is searching for a creative project manager that can enhance sales through innovative initiatives perceived as a business partner by Health Care professionals.
Areas of responsibilities
KOL Management
-Design and implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management programs to enhance collaboration, engagement and sales within the therapeutic area.
Collaborations with cross-functional team; Marketing, Medical and Market Access
-Collaborations to align goals, strategies and implementation of activities securing access of medicines to patients in need.
Patient Support (intended to HCPs)
-Create patient support initiatives that provide healthcare professionals with the tools and resources they need to improve patient outcomes.
Customer interactions; F2F, Remote or phone
-Develop strategies for both face-to-face and remote interactions to ensure effective communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
Nurses' Projects
-Coordinate projects that are specifically tailored to support and empower the nursing staff.
Health care professionals including ST-physicians;
-Provide education on epilepsy to enhance understanding, diagnosis, and patient management.
Webinar / P2P
-Organize webinars and peer-to-peer sessions that facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development among healthcare professionals (HCPs). Regional and national.
Omnichannel Approach
-Implement an omnichannel strategy that provides a cohesive and integrated experience for all stakeholders across various communication channels.
Sharing Experiences Meetings, Round table meetings;
-Facilitate meetings where participants can share experiences, challenges, and best practices in a collaborative environment.
Sponsorship Meetings
-Manage the organization and sponsorship of professional meetings, ensuring a meaningful exchange of information and ideas.
This role reports to the Nordic Sales Lead.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND ABILITIES
-Advantageous to have prior engagement with Neurologists.
-Solid understanding of the sales process and models in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
-Capability to develop strong partnership with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
-Self-driven with the passion and ability to translate innovative ideas into action.
o Ability to find innovative ways to increase accessibility.
-A team player who is also accustomed to working independently.
-Proven track record of projects with HCPs.
-Up to date with Swedish rules and regulations.
